Required for all customers

Requirements:

1. Submit the completed Brewmaster Customer Application
2. Submit a copy of your business license, sales tax permit, corporation paperwork, or other official documentation issued by a city, state, or federal agency
3. If you are eligible for a resale tax exemption, submit the appropriate sales tax exemption form for your state. View sales tax information.

Credit Terms:

1. Existing Brewmaster customers can apply for credit terms after they have placed at least 1 prepaid order
2. Complete the Brewmaster Credit Application
3. Email it to ar@brewmasterwholesale.com for review
