  • If a customer receives a product that was not ordered, or otherwise shipped in error, Brewmaster will pay the return shipping costs.
  • Defective items must be reported to Brewmaster within 60 days of receipt to receive a refund.
  • Brewmaster will accept products for a full refund within 60 days of receipt. The items must be new and in saleable condition, and the customer must ship prepaid to Brewmaster.
  • Any items that are drop shipped from our vendor to customers cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

You will need the following details:

  • The original invoice number
  • The product name and/or item number
  • The reason for the return or description of the issue

​If you are requesting a return, you will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number when you contact us. Please ship back to Brewmaster, and put the return authorization number on the outside of the box. The credit will be issued when we receive the shipment. Returns must have a RA number to receive a credit.
