We are still processing and shipping orders from both warehouses. Most orders are taking from 1 to 5 days to ship.
Currently all freight carriers are reporting regular service with minimal interruptions.
FedEx shipments - Some customers have reported delays to commercial locations, depending on the terminal, and whether FedEx can determine if the location is open. We have not had any reported delays to residential addresses. To receive updates on the shipment status, track your shipment at www.fedex.com. Click on the “Get Status Updates” link on the tracking results page. Enter an email and choose your updates, especially for “Delivery Exception”. If you receive notice of a Delivery Exception, please contact FedEx or our Customer Service team for assistance.
We’re taking steps to make sure we can continue to serve you and maintain the health and safety of our team members as our nation deals with COVID-19. As of right now all orders placed will still be fulfilled and shipped, however, processing time for any new orders are taking much longer than normal (approx 4-5 days longer) Currently we have no shipping delays to report from any of our shipping partners. But as you are probably aware this can change.
Until further notice, we will no longer be offering will call customer pickups at our CA, PA warehouses. We take the safety of our staff and customers extremely seriously. We're listening to the recommendations of the CDC & WHO to protect our team members and customers. We have implemented several new requirements along with the CDC recommendations and our previous Workplace Health & Safety, and Food Safety standards.
