Raw white wheat for use in Wheat beers, Wit beer, lambics, etc. This product is not malted, it must be mashed with a grain with excess enzymes.
Imparts less sweetness and full body compared to malted wheat. Enhances foam stability. Use up to 40% in lambic beers.
Raw White Wheat can also be sprouted, and/or used in food applications as you would with whole wheat berries.
